The episode begins when Kusum comes to know the truth that Saumya is pregnant and Adit had hidden this thing from her. Kusum, who earlier had full faith in her son Adit, now gets very angry with his false act. She tells Adit:
“I never thought that you would fall like this today. How dare you hide such a big thing from me?”
Kusum’s anger increases further after this. She holds Adit’s hand and makes him stand in front of the mirror and asks him:
“If you are right, can you look into your own eyes?”
Adit is unable to answer this question, and goes completely silent. His silence proves that he is realizing his mistake.
Decision to evict Soumya from the house
Kusum realises that Soumya’s presence in the house is disturbing her happiness and peace. Kusum decides that it would be best to evict Soumya from this house. She says:
“Soumya’s arrival has taken away the peace of our house. Now she has to leave this house.”
Adit gets angry on hearing this and tells Kusum:
“Soumya will not go anywhere. This house is mine too, and Soumya will stay here.”
This answer of Adit proves to be another big shock for Kusum. Kusum, who earlier believed her son, now turns against him. She cries:
“From today onwards my relationship with you is over.”
Kusum then leaves the house, and the atmosphere in the house becomes even more tense.
Mangal persuades Kusum

This situation becomes extremely difficult for Mangal. Tired of the arguments in the house, she does not want to stay in this house anymore. Mangal’s decision shows that she wants some changes in her life. Mangal asks Isha, who works in Adit’s office, for the numbers of brokers so that she can find a new house for herself. This move symbolizes that Mangal is now looking for a new path for herself and has made up her mind to get out of this house.
